How It Works
Survey and fixed quote
A site visit by our bathroom team identifies structural, plumbing and electrical requirements. You receive a detailed scope and timeline, plus brand options for fittings.
Protected strip-out
We set up floor and doorway protection, then carry out strip-out and waste removal. Where gas appliances are present, a Gas Safe engineer isolates and tests as required.
Install, test and finish
In-house plumbers, tilers and electricians complete the installation to current regs. Final checks include water pressure, electrical bonding and a handover with care instructions and your 5 year workmanship guarantee.
